Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shopidw.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened tea, coffee, or personal care products) cannot be returned once used.
